Rules to Selling
The Six Steps to
Sales Success are progressional techniques that, if followed will
ensure your sales success. The Rules to selling are guidelines or
periphery notes to help push you along. They are sales hints that I
have learned over the years that seem to fill out the edges of the
six steps.
Rule #1:
SELL YOURSELF-PEOPLE BUY FROM PEOPLE THEY KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST.
By selling
"yourself" you are, in essence, creating a relationship with your
prospective client first. This approach will always produce repeat
business. You will never be short of prospective clients using this
method. People are naturally attracted to other people who have
strong self esteem. Self confidence is the easiest way to sell your
self. This web site is dedicated to seeing you enhance your self
image. So in a way, to accomplish RULE #1 (sell yourself first), your self image is the FIRST thing you need to
work on. When we apply it our sales methods you sell your self
confidence, and your strong self worth FIRST then the sales results will follow. This is how the six step
program is all interconnected. Success in your personal life will
create success in your business life. Strong self confidence will
enhance your sales abilities. It will only increase your closure
rates. So, by working on your self esteem, you will ultimately be
working on improving your sales goals.
