Physical

Is getting in shape important to you? How about your health? Do you want to be healthy? Now that is a loaded question because I know the answer SHOULD be a resounding yes! Who doesn't want to be in the best shape they can be? By being in top form for your age group is living life to the fullest. The physical goals are the easiest to set, but one of the most difficult to reach. In many cases, extenuating factors, such as low self esteem, play a big role in physical conditioning.  Be careful in setting physical goals. It is highly recommended to visit your doctor before beginning any diet or exercise program.

Remember it's easy to develop bad habits, and it's hard to develop good ones. From that  statement, let me say that setting physical goals can be one of the most rewarding goals of all, because we are dealing with HABITS. In most cases bad habits in eating and exercise is what's preventing you from getting in optimum physical shape. I know it sounds simple; develop a good habit for eating healthy and then you're half way there. Replace the bad with the good. I have a friend who told me he never eats a salad because salads taste awful. And he is right. They taste awful BECAUSE he never eats them. In other words, your body will crave what you have ALREADY EATEN. It craves the food that you put in your body in the past. Start eating salads ( yes forcing yourself!) and you will develop a craving form them. Just like you can crave french fries, you can crave a salad. Its HABIT FORMING.

And the good news is that you DON'T NEED MONEY to get into shape.

The examples below are a simplified version of what ONE major goal may look like. The toughest part for any goal setting is to break it down into daily tasks (Step 5). The tasks in this example are actually something you could do in the first day or week of reaching your goal. It was done this way on purpose so as to give you a starting point. Remember, goal setting is a DAILY TASK. Get into the habit of reviewing your goals on a daily basis.
