Career

This is last on the list for a reason. Everybody wants a good career. A good career can help you in every area of your life. Your self-esteem can be enhanced by a good career. Your financial health will be affected by a good career. This has to be the toughest one to define. For many, a good career equals good self esteem. But flip that around and a lousy career will mean low self esteem. Feeling good about what you do every day weather you're a stay at home mom or a CEO of a major corporation is a must for strong feelings of self worth. However, to depend on your career to define your self worth is a time bomb. Watch out, a career is only what you do, NOT WHO YOU ARE...

The examples below are a simplified version of what ONE major goal may look like. The toughest part for any goal setting is to break it down into daily tasks (Step 5). The tasks in this example are actually something you could do in the first day or week of reaching your goal. It was done this way on purpose so as to give you a starting point. Remember Goal setting is a DAILY TASK. Get into the habit of reviewing your goals on a daily basis.
